We are headed into the sixth month of 2022. Wow! How time flies! Yet, to God be the Glory for what He has done! The After School Good New Club®, Good News Club® and After School Monthly Bible Club ministry have been able to meet and reach 3,108 boys and girls for Christ with 276 making professions of faith.
As Lydia and I travel the state of West Virginia, we have much to be thankful for! We praise the Lord for the local CEF Directors: Jerome, John, Nathan, and Randy and their staff. We are grateful for CEF’s two Ministry Coordinators:

God is at work around the state of West Virginia. We had the privilege to attend the CEF of WV Prayer and Fellowship Summit. The summit was hosted by CEF Greater Huntington Chapter. The local Director, Nathan Sayre and the local CEF Committee members did an outstanding job of planning, organizing and executing this event. Praise to the Lord for using these folks to honor Him.
Thank you so very much for your faithfulness in praying for the ministry of CEF® of WV. As we begin to navigate through this school year, we are already experiencing some ups and downs, stops and goes. Please pray earnestly for God’s wisdom and leadership to deal with these changes. We would love to have routine, but it is not looking at this time to be the case.
What kind of a monetary price could you put on the soul of a child or anyone? NONE! That is why we do this ministry.
Did you hear that knocking? Wonder who it is? Let’s look and see. Why it is the month of June. Hello June, we have been expecting you. You are a very special month! During your month June, CEF of WV conducts Christian Youth in Action® (CYIA™) Training in the local CEF Chapters. This training prepares teenagers, college young people and adults to share the message of salvation with children through 5-Day Clubs®, VBSs or fair ministry.
"For the Cause of Christ" is the theme for this year’s CEF Virtual International Conference. Many of the CEF workers, full-time and volunteer, from around the world, have joined the conference, virtually.
In a demonstration in a teacher training class, a little girl named Sally was brought by her grandmother to participate in the demonstration. As the instructor of this training class was sharing the Wordless Book with Sally, he soon realized she had never heard the message of salvation.
One of the most touching passages in the New Testament, is when Jesus said to His disciples, “Let the children come to Me, do not hinder them, for to such belongs the Kingdom of God…. And He took them in His arms and blessed them, laying His hands on them.”
2021 has begun. What does God have planned for this year? We ask God for His leadership and plan. He is in this year because He is infinite and eternal.
