Eastern Panhandle - serving Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Morgan, Mineral and Pendleton counties in West Virginia.
North Central - serving Barbour, Brooke, Doddridge, Hancock, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, and Wetzel counties in West Virginia.
Greater Huntington - serving the West Virginia counties of Cabell, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo, Putnam and Wayne; the Ohio counties of Galia, Lawrence, and Scioto and the Kentucky counties of Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Greenup, and Lawrence.
Kanawha - serving Boone, Clay, and Kanawha counties in West Virginia.
Little Kanawha Valley - serving Braxton, Calhoun, Gilmer, Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood counties in West Virginia.
New River Area - serving Fayette, Greenbrier, McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Nicholas, Pocahontas, Raleigh, Summers, Webster and Wyoming counties in West Virginia.
