The New River Area Chapter Office is located in Beckley, WV.
Each year, this chapter conducts an average of 19 After School Good News Clubs®, two Pre-school Good News Club® and have reached 882 children with the Gospel. There have been 190 children make professions for Jesus Christ. They also have a strong Fair Ministry that has reached 1,640 children with the message of salvation with 591 professions of faith.
Pray for this chapter as they strive to reach the children in the New River Area.

The New River Area Chapter serves in the West Virginia counties of Fayette, Greenbrier, McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Nicholas, Pocahontas, Raleigh, Summers, Webster, and Wyoming.
I am writing to say Thank You for brining the Good News Club to Fayetteville Elementary. This club is one of the larger after-school programs that we offer. The students who attend on a weekly basis have decreased behavior problems. Their testing scores, as well as their attendance, have soared because the students really look forward to the meetings each week.
As the principal of this elementary school, I have watched the growth of our students over the past couple of years and the the more programs we have that offer "Good News," the better! I believe we will continue to grow and I am thankful for the opportunity we have been given to endorse and embrase such a wonderful program for our students. Thank you.
